Observations:
One of the several free applications available from Japan, there’s not much to recommend this software to Surface Pro and tablet PC users besides price. The software runs well but doesn’t support gestures and had no way of disabling touch painting.
The UI is small, but it’s well organized and legible on the Surface Pro 4.
Although it claims to be aimed at beginners, I couldn’t find very many resources with sample images, tutorials and the like. The user base seems very young.
