While we're all waiting for Adobe to release new pen drivers for the Surface Pro, the artist's best bet is currently Autodesk's Sketchbook Pro. Not to be confused with the company's terribly crippled free Windows 8 app Sketchbook Express, the Pro version offers anything you need to create amazing traditional art with your Microsoft tablet.
Toonbox Studio offers several excellent paid Sketchbook Pro tutorial videos, but they kindly have published a few free orientation videos as well.
